The former problem is corrected in current versions of PPR.  This is a 
new one due to a defect in certain versions of Adobe Acrobat reader. 
The problem is that the word "procset" is in the wrong case.  The 
workaround is to do this:

mkdir /usr/share/ppr/cache/ProcSet
touch /usr/shrae/ppr/cache/ProcSet/CIDInit
