Subject: PPR: lpr/lpd firewall rules

The official spec for lpr/lpd calls for the server to use port 515, and the
host to use 721:731. Because of TCP timeout issues, LPRng internally
does not follow the spec, and will actually use 512:1023 for source
port. Does PPR do either of these, or something different?

I've in mind to use a newer JetDirect box with lpr/lpd, and need to
write sane firewall rules in iptables.
