Subject: PPR: Too many copies of one page printing job
Hi,
I am a new user for PPR. We have PPR utility set up on Solaris 8. There is a
networked HP LaserJet 4000 Series printer. It always print more copies of the
same pages when we sent out one page file. As PPR website recommended, I
configued PPD file as HP LaserJet 4000 Series, and set up option
as "idle_status_interval=15". However, it won't help. The problem still exists.
What else I can try to solve the problem? Anyone can help?
