ppuser is the access control list for the ppuser command.  pprprox is 
the access control list for the -f switch of the ppr command.  They are 
described in the ppuser(8) man page, the ppr(1) man page, and the 
ppr2samba(8) man page.

What is this README.TXT that doesn't explain?   There are several files 
with that name in the source tree, but I can't think of a reason why any 
of them would have information on this topic.
