What can I do against this ? > Yes and no. If you have bins defined, you will not get banner pages unless a medium suitable for banner pages is mounted on at least one bin. A bin called "AutoSelect" is treated as special. It will be selected if the medium requested by the job is not available on any other bin. That is why you are able to print without anything mounted. So either add another bin and mount "letter" or "a4" on it or mount "letter" or "a4" on AutoSelect.
