The "-m" option is used to tag an individual job. Together with the -r
option it tells how the person who submitted the job can be reached. It
is like the return address on a letter. The value "none" means that
sending such messages to the submitter is not possible due to technical
limitations. It is not its purpose to disable messages.

To purge a queue without sending messages:

$ ppop spurge myqueue

An "s" may be prefixed to any of the delete-job commands.
