I've tried using the banner page from the drop down menu, but 1) that doesn't get a nice PPR banner page, and 2) only prints the banner page, and no content. The user is content without cover pages, but I'd prefer to do that. I got a response from comp.mac.sys.printing recommending something similar: > The Mac LPR code does not request a banner page.
