Also, I believe you can force a banner page when by adding a "-b yes" to
your PPRParm line of your papsrv.conf:

PPRparms = -b yes

When I did this a banner was printed even though I didn't specify one on the
Mac.

Subject: PPR: LPR printing from a Macintosh

I am setting up a Mac user on our Unix Network (the Mac doesn't work with
the PCL printers on our NT network), and don't want to set up a Appletalk
server just for one user. Luckily, Macs can print to LPR printers, so I've
set
him up with several printers to our LPR queues (running through PPR), and
the
content prints fine.

However, the banner pages aren't showing up at all (and they are from Unix).
Does anyone know of any reason that the postscript jobs from a Mac would be
any
different than Unix postscript jobs?
