Here is the error that I recieve after PPR arrests the job to print it on "RedHat600" resulted in a job error. - SiteMap Your print job "RedHat600-133" was arrested after an attempt to print it on "RedHat600" resulted in a job error. PostScript error The title of this job is "SiteMap". Your job's log follows: ------------------------------------------ WARNING: Procset "pdfvars" has no version and revision numbers WARNING: Procset "pdfutil" has no version and revision numbers WARNING: Invalid "%%BeginResource:" line: %%BeginResource: l2compat WARNING: Procset "pdf" has no version and revision numbers WARNING: Procset "pdflev1" has no version and revision numbers WARNING: Procset "pdftext" has no version and revision numbers WARNING: Invalid "%%BeginResource:" line: %%BeginResource: pdfasc.prc WARNING: Found "%%End" after copying 5 additional bytes WARNING: Found "%%End" after copying 5 additional bytes WARNING: Requested medium is not listed in the media database %%[ Error: rangecheck; OffendingCommand: sethalftone; ErrorInfo: TransferFunction --nostringval-- ]%% %%[ Flushing: rest of job (to end-of-file) will be ignored ]%% We have tried LaserWriter 8.5.1 and LaserWriter 8.6. The PPD is selected in the chooser. The same ppd is on the PPR spooler machine: Printer name: RedHat600 Comment: Interface: atalk Address: "Phaser 600:LaserShared@*" Options: JobBreak: signal (by default) Feedback: yes (by default) Codes: Binary (by default) Alert frequency: 0 (never send alerts) Alert method: none Alert address: none Flags: no no (banners discouraged, trailers discouraged) Charge: none PPDFile: TKP600P1.PPD Bins: OutputOrder: PPD Default Filter Options: level=1 colour=False Switchset: This user has printed other documents successfully, but not from Acrobat. Does the PPD have to be on the PPR spooler if the user has it setup in his local machine? Also, I was able to print this PDF from Acrobat 3.0 on another macintosh. thanks Jonathan
