Subject: PPR: papsrv not starting - old queue still registerd on network

I read the part in the guide that deals with the clean kill of papsrv. I'm
not sure, but I think I may have a problem relating to this. papsrv logfile
says it cannot register one of my spoolers because of this error:

nbp_register() failed, nbp_errno=1 (System Error), errno = 110 Connection
time out  Shutdown complete.

Well, the odd thing is that if I go to macintosh chooser the printer is in
fact in there. However, it is dead - won't do anything. The papsrv daemon
quits.

Is there a fix for this?
