From: Patrick Baltz <pbaltz@ssc.wisc.edu> Date: Tue, 21 Dec 1999 11:15:31 -0600 (CST) Subject: PPR: ppr: printer is printing postscript code rather than document I am trying to setup two printers on a network through ppr using the tcpip interface. One is an HP LaserJet 5L and the other is an HP LaserJet 4+. After adding the printers through ppad and setting them up, printing a page produces postscript code as the printout ie %!PS-Adobe-3.0 %%Creator: PPR etc. Is there a common cause for this? I have tried using the lpr interface, but it does the same thing even using raw or text as the printer name. Thanks, Patrick Baltz
